I am so excited to guide you through Fasting after 50! Shortly after I turned 50, I noticed that I had gained 20 pounds of menopause belly fat. I could not fit into any of my clothes and needed to buy plus-sized clothes. I was still eating the same healthy diet and working out the same way as I had for many years. I realized I was going to have to make some changes. I did a deep dive into the research about how to shift my metabolism and was able to figure out how to quickly lose the weight I had gained. I also noticed that I felt more energetic and my menopause brain fog was gone. Amazingly, I was sleeping better than I had in years!
